How Tonny is building a better working world

“Once, it was simply enough to have smart people in organizations that delivered exceptional client service.  But the world has changed. I believe that now it is essential that we connect with one another – whether that’s across countries, or across businesses. It is by connecting, working together and integrating all our activities into a joint global approach that we will build a better working world.

Working together can have its challenges, but by exploiting our diversity, ensuring inclusion, and maintaining a respect for each other - and for ourselves - we can achieve great things.

For me, transparency and honesty are the essential ingredients. I have a straight talking / straight thinking approach and I believe that by maintaining a global inclusive mindset, celebrating our diversity, and building connectivity, we will build a better working world.”
