EY has run the Executive Program on Board Effectiveness for the past four years to prepare high-potential women leaders for their role as new or first-time board directors. The program includes sessions that blend real‑world industry experience with research‑based academic learning. With the successful completion of the previous cohorts, EY is now ready to launch the fifth cohort.

About the program

Positioning yourself as an effective board member requires significant preparation—especially for those who have never served as a director before. This board readiness program is designed to recognize the excellence women bring to the boardroom and further strengthen their capabilities.

The program aims to prepare you to:
