Bangkok, 9 October 2023: EY Thailand hosted a Consumer Products and Retail (CPR) seminar entitled “Getting ahead of the changing consumer and disruption” to provide insights into the trends impacting consumer behavior and preferences as well as strategies and technologies that enable businesses to anticipate and prepare for disruptions, such as the evolution of Generative AI, the impact and integration of new technology on route-to-market models.
