Simon has been active in Mergers & Acquisitions for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in serving financial as well as strategic clients in national as well as cross-border transactions with deep experience in the Private Equity and Life Science space. He holds a Master of Business Administration, is a Swiss Certified Accountant and a Certified IFRS Accountant.
