Ivan’s 30 years of experience guiding private equity investors in strategy, transactions and advisory matters provides valuable insights as the EY Americas Private Equity Markets Leader and EY Global Private Equity Value Creation Leader.  

Ivan helps fund C-suite executives navigate complexities of a deal such as diligence, valuations, restructuring or technical reporting to providing consultation on efficiencies and effectiveness at the highest levels of the funds. He is committed to helping clients achieve their goals.

Working alongside global private equity firms and their investments, Ivan helps his clients realize value through innovative, pragmatic strategies. Results-oriented, he navigates the ever-evolving value creation landscape optimizing opportunities across sectors and the deal lifecycle to reshape and transform organizations.

Ivan received his BS in Accounting from Rutgers University and his MBA in Finance/Entrepreneurial Studies from Columbia Business School. He is a CFA Charterholder, CPA and CIRA and holds his Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
