How Jeffrey is building a better working world

“In working with clients and teams, I seek to build a strong, trusting relationship by acting in the clients’ best interest. That entails understanding clients’ businesses, their tax concerns and management expectations as well as identifying the EY personnel and services that will provide the most value to each client. Additionally, I try to provide interesting challenges and projects for my team members, so that they have a broad range of tax experiences to help them grow into well-rounded tax and business professionals and develop the traits of future leaders.

I am embracing how tax functions will need to transform to be able to operate effectively in the new digital economy and with other regulatory and market disruptors, and linking that understanding to how EY can assist clients in this journey.”
