Jeanette Cheah is the co-founder and CEO of HEX, a leading edtech company that offers innovation and entrepreneurship programs for university students, high schoolers and upcoming talent. Launched in 2017, HEX now has a global presence across Australia, India, Singapore and Malaysia. 

Prior to establishing HEX, she spent 14 years shaping inventive marketing and digital solutions for major corporations, including ANZ Bank, AXA, AMP and Origin Energy. She strongly believes in the transformative power of economic growth and strong leadership. Her passion for helping others to realize their potential, voice their ideas, and ultimately, transform their lives and careers led to the foundation of HEX.

Jeanette is a Monash University graduate with degrees in Economics and Arts, majoring in Sociology. She holds a graduate certificate in Integrated Marketing Communications from Queensland University of Technology, accompanied by industry qualifications in UX design, product management and venture capital.

Jeanette is a recurrent guest lecturer and mentor across multiple Australian universities and served on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Panel for the Business School at Monash University. She represented Australia at the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance held in Argentina and was one of the 40 Under 40 Most Influential Asian-Australians and the category winner for Entrepreneurship in 2021.
