Co-founder, Circle In, Australia

Jodi Geddes is the co-founder of Circle In, a digital-first employee benefits platform that offers professional advice for caregiving employees and their managers. Circle In was launched in 2017 by Jodi Geddes and Kate Pollard. Today, the company has more than 70 customers, with footprints across 11 countries, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UK and USA.

As working parents themselves, Jodi and Kate understood the vital role of external support for people juggling caregiving and professional responsibilities. Recognizing this need, they came up with the concept of Circle In, an initiative dedicated to aiding working parents and caregivers in their dual roles. Circle In also offers Well™, a micro-learning tool developed with Microsoft, that focuses on improving psychological safety and building leadership skills and provides practical skills for employees.

A well-known figure in the technology world, Jodi is known not only for her innovative contributions, but also for her impassioned advocacy for women in business. Jodi's genuine approach to sharing her journey serves to inspire others and revolutionize traditional working methodologies.

Beyond her professional commitments, Jodi prides herself on the balanced life she leads. As a mother to two young girls, she values her family time immensely. She is the recipient of the Telstra Business VIC State award in the Accelerating Women category. Furthermore, she has been recognized by The Women Leading Tech Awards and the prestigious Pause Awards.

She believes that everyone wishes to work for a company that supports their emotional wellbeing, but the reality is that an employee's home and work life are not mutually exclusive.

Our vision is to become the world’s No. 1 product that creates safe and caring workplaces.
