EY named a Leader in The Forrester Wave for OCM Services

EY is recognized for adeptly connecting change leadership to culture work, communications, and skills-building.

We are proud to be named a Leader in Forrester’s evaluation: “The Forrester Wave: Organizational Change Management Services, Q1 2026.” which evaluates 12 of the most significant organizational change management (OCM) services providers based on strategy, current offering, and customer feedback.

In the report, Forrester describes EY’s OCM strategy as Humans@Center, Technology@Speed, and Innovation@Scale, citing the firm’s investment in AI enabled tools for diagnostics, sentiment analysis, and content generation, while agile pods of change strategists, data scientists, and experience designers orchestrate the strategy, governance, and coaching. Forrester also notes that EY’s simplified structure means customers can expect more integrated service offerings.

In the report “Customers testified that EY stood out in strategy, change communications, and training, including successfully orchestrating a culture shift by activating change agents and executive sponsors or building engaging training with gamification.”

Forrester’s take “EY is a compelling choice for global organizations that need a large-scale communications strategy or a targeted culture change.”
