The global EY organization (EY) today announces combined global revenues of US$57b for the fiscal year ending June 2026 (FY26), an increase of 4.7% in local currency from FY25.

All EY Service Lines and geographic areas recorded revenue growth in FY26, with five-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 8.3%, as organizations continue to navigate enterprise-wide transformation, rapid advances in AI and geopolitical uncertainty.

EY recorded growth across its foundational services, including audit and tax, while also expanding in areas of increasingly complex client demand, such as enterprise-wide, AI-enabled transformation.

EY-Parthenon, the organization’s strategy and transactions arm, recorded the strongest growth at 7.4% in local currency to US$6.8b. Tax revenue increased 6.0% to US$13.8b, followed by Consulting, up 4.4% to US$17.4b, and Assurance, which grew 3.0% to US$18.9b.

Today also sees the release of EY Value Realized 2026, an annual report covering the organization’s financial and non-financial performance in relation to clients, EY people and society.

Janet Truncale, EY Global Chair and CEO, says:

"Clients are moving from experimenting with AI to redesigning how their businesses operate. Growth in demand for AI-related services reflects that shift, as organizations increasingly prioritize approaches that combine technology with deep industry knowledge, trusted relationships and human judgement. This fiscal year’s results demonstrate the strength of bringing EY teams and alliance partners together to accelerate value creation and turn disruption into sustained growth."

Scaling AI across EY and for clients

In FY26, sales from AI services grew by 49%, as organizations increasingly moved AI projects beyond experimentation toward enterprise-wide transformation.

Through ey.ai, The Reimagination Engine, EY combines AI, technology and data with the experience of EY people across Service Lines and industries, as well as the EY ecosystem of alliances, to help clients integrate AI into their businesses rapidly, responsibly and at scale. This includes continued investment in AI-ready data, AI governance frameworks and solutions, agentic and physical AI and emerging technologies including quantum computing.

At the close of FY26, 203,000 EY people held Microsoft Copilot licenses, and that number has since risen to 381,000 today as these capabilities are scaled across EY - demonstrating the pace and scale of adoption at EY as "Client Zero".

Agentic AI is also expanding across internal workflows and client services. Responsible AI remains foundational to this transformation, with the EY Responsible AI framework guiding how AI is procured and deployed.

Deepening alliances to accelerate transformation

In FY26, EY deepened its alliance partner ecosystem, now with 119 active alliance or ecosystem relationships.

EY has co-developed AI enabled platforms, solutions and delivery models, developed new alliance partnerships and secured access to leading frontier AI models through Copilot. EY alliances span areas such as physical AI, agentic AI, AI-ready data and enterprise transformation. In FY26, EY was named NVIDIA’s Global System Integrator Tech Innovation Partner of the Year.

Building on its longstanding collaboration with Microsoft, EY announced that the organizations are investing US$1b in a new initiative to help accelerate enterprise AI adoption. The initiative brings together Microsoft Forward Deployed Engineers and EY industry professionals to co-develop secure, industry-specific AI solutions focused on high value business opportunities.

Over the last decade, EY alliance partner revenues have grown at a 34% compound annual growth rate, reflecting the increasing role of ecosystem relationships in helping clients transform at speed and scale.

Investing in the future AI+ workforce

As AI reshapes professional services, EY continues to equip EY people with the skills to work with emerging technologies. During the year, EY invested US$448m in training and development, including new learning programs focused on AI and other emerging technologies, leadership and other future-focused skills.

In FY26, EY people completed 5.2m hours of formal AI-related learning and earned more than 40,000 AI learning accreditations through EY Badges, with a further 104,000 in progress. EY has the fastest growing AI-skilled population across Coursera and Udemy's combined enterprise customers globally, including in Coursera's benchmark for Intermediate and Advanced AI capabilities. Across all areas of learning and development, EY people completed 26.6m hours of formal learning, compared with 24.6m in FY25.

Transforming how EY serves clients

With client needs evolving, EY is bringing together technology, industry knowledge and advanced AI capabilities to modernize service delivery and scale the solutions needed today.

Within the Assurance Service Line, EY continued its multiyear transformation of audit services in FY26, including the global rollout of enterprise-scale agentic AI. These capabilities lead the industry and form part of a multibillion-dollar investment in audit quality, technology and people. 130,000 EY assurance professionals now enabled by AI are applying new technological capabilities and greater insights to help drive audit quality around the globe.

Creating impact for communities and society

Through EY Ripples, the organization’s global social impact program, EY has now positively impacted more than 300m lives since its launch in 2018, including approximately 56.6m in FY26. The AI for Good program alone has reached more than 25m people globally since 2023 through initiatives focused on areas including AI skills, education, entrepreneurship and environmental challenges.

EY also continued its longstanding support for entrepreneurs. For 40 years EY has celebrated and championed entrepreneurship, connecting founders, CEOs and multi-generational business leaders to help them build, adapt and grow. The EY Entrepreneur of the Year™ program, founded in 1986, now operates across 94 countries and regions, with alumni of over 45,000 entrepreneurs and business leaders globally.

EY continued to reduce its own environmental impact. Since FY19, total market-based greenhouse gas emissions have declined by 40%, while emissions-intensity per dollar of revenue have fallen by 62% and emissions per person by 58%. EY matched 100% of electricity consumed with renewable energy resources.
