Andrea is a partner with the Indirect Tax team at Ernst & Young (China) Advisory Limited and she is also the leader of the EY China North Indirect Tax practice. She advises organizations on cross-border indirect tax matters and regulatory compliance in an evolving global environment.
Since joining the China tax practice in 2006, she has played a key role in developing indirect tax capabilities across the region. From 2017 to 2020, Andrea worked in New York as the first EY US China Indirect Tax Desk.
Andrea holds the bachelor’s degree of M.S. Professional Accounting at Dongbei University of Finance and Economics. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), serves as a board member of Association of US-China Professional Accountants (AUCPA) and is an adjunct professor at the University of International Business and Economics.
