Ian R. O’Reilly

Ian is a senior manager and AI lead at Ernst & Young LLP, where he helps clients and internal stakeholders harness the potential of emerging technologies and generative AI (GenAI). He leads initiatives focused on AI strategy, research and development, model evaluation, agentic AI capabilities, large language model (LLM) operations, and AI-ready data architectures.

Leveraging his decade of AI experience, Ian has advised organizations on applying advanced analytics, data science and emerging technologies to complex business challenges. His work spans the development and deployment of innovative AI solutions that help organizations make better-informed decisions and unlock new opportunities for growth and transformation. 

Prior to joining the EY organization, Ian co-founded a technology startup focused on interactive digital experiences. He holds a bachelor's degree in physics from Trinity College Dublin.
