In this capacity, he works with client leadership to identify, develop and execute transformative initiatives to improve profit and margin, reduce costs and create capacity for growth. Previously, Jay was a global head of cost and productivity improvement at two global universal banks.
Jay holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Industrial Engineering.
