With extensive experience in US and international policy analysis and coalition-building, Kate has a proven track record of accomplishing narrative and legislative change, with experience in national security, diplomacy, and organizational and community development. A seasoned policy strategist and organizational leader, she is known for her ability to connect the dots and distill complex information into actionable insights.
Kate holds an MA in Democracy and Governance from Georgetown University, and a BA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies from UCLA.
