Marc Steinmuller

Marc has spent over 19 years working with a wide range of multinational groups in transfer pricing and international tax. His experience includes advising clients in all stages of the transfer pricing life cycle including design and implementation models, evaluation of business restructurings and operating model transformation. 

Marc has supported clients in tax controversy ranging from international tax audits and appeal proceedings to mutual agreements procedures and advance pricing agreements. He is experienced in assessing and structuring permanent establishments (PE), developing PE risk mitigation strategies and conducting PE profit allocation.

Due to his track record in global tax projects for multinational groups, Marc can develop tailored practice-proven solutions for clients considering relevant tax implications as well as operational aspects.

Marc has deep industry-specific knowledge about the automotive, engineering and advanced manufacturing industries, and is the EY Germany Tax Sector Leader for Mobility and Advanced Manufacturing.
