Natalie is part of the Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft Wealth and Asset Management Consulting team in Germany. She joined EY in 2016. She has worked on several engagements at large global asset managers and asset servicers, including work on a strategic acquisition for global custody and fund administration services, implementation of requirements and definition of new processes regarding financial market regulations as well as support on a large-scale Interbank Offered Rates (IBOR) transition program.

Natalie is now focused on sustainable finance and environment, social and governance (ESG)engagements. She worked on defining several strategic client solutions around ESG strategy, transformation and regulation. Moreover, she leads the EY ESG Data Provider Study, an analysis of more than 70 ESG data, analytics and modeling providers.
