Patrice is a tax partner and leader of the Transfer Pricing practice at EY Société d'Avocats.

With more than 20 years of experience, he assists and supports groups in structuring and developing their transfer pricing policies, as well as in their defense strategy during tax audits.

Before joining EY, Patrice was the executive of the French APA program, but he was also involved in broad policy issues, such as international tax audit strategy and transfer pricing legislation within the national tax audit division of the FTA. He also acted as technical advisor of MAP resolution (US, Korea, and Canada). Patrice’s combined FTA and private practice APA and MAP experience includes well over 100 cases.

Patrice is an Attorney at law and member of the Hauts de Seine Bar. He is a graduate of the Ecole Nationale des Impôts and holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance (Chartered Accountant).
