Philippe is the EY Advisory Director for the Retail sector across the Middle East & North Africa region.
He has significant experience in customer strategy definition and digital transformation with a focus on retail, shopping centers and mixed-use communities. He’s helped leading consumer-facing organizations in the Middle East and Europe transform the way they operate to become consumer centric trusted brands.
Prior to joining EY, Philippe led various customer and digital transformation programs in the telecommunications industry from strategy definition to implementation, as part of a global management consulting firm.
He is a regular speaker on topics related to customer centricity, consumer evolution and disruption in retail.
