Rosana Rumschisky

Rosana joined the EY wavespace Madrid team in January 2020 to lead the Marketing and Communications team.

After a decade of helping clients with services, Rosana now focuses on marketing, communications and business development (BD), bringing to these disciplines her experience of facing and serving clients.

She started at Ernst & Young – Spain in 2017 as Strategic Pursuit Leader for Financial Services in Spain, forming part of the EMEIA Pursuit team.

Rosana has started her professional career in a leading consulting firm, delivering solutions to diverse clients in several areas: financial, logistics, procurement, commercial, human resources and marketing. After a decade serving end clients, she has built the marketing, communications and BD area for companies in the professional services sector, including consulting, legal, IT and professional associations.      

Rosana holds a degree in Mathematics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Diploma in Compliance and Corporate Governance for Professional Board Members.

How Rosana is building a better working world

Rosana helps clients bring innovation into their agendas, focusing on technology in general and artificial intelligence in particular, to empower the organization.

Rosana is also committed to her community. She is the Treasurer of a Spanish NGO, and actively participates in the support and coaching of a refugee family for a period of two years. The program ensures support until all members become self-sustained and integrated in the Spanish environment.
