Sridhar plays a pivotal role in advancing EY technology and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities by driving strategic tech recommendations to accelerate adoption. In his seven years with the EY organization, he has founded the AI Lab India team, focusing on innovative solutions for the document intelligence platform, and established the Client Technology AI Research team to drive the EY research agenda in generative and agentic AI.
Prior to EY, Sridhar spent over a decade at a large multinational conglomerate where he worked as a Principal Scientist leading the development of advanced machine learning algorithms that resulted in multiple patents and innovative products.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and a PhD in Machine Learning from Iowa State University.
Sridhar was recognized as a Distinguished Technologist by the EY organization in 2025, acknowledging his exceptional contributions to technology and leadership in driving innovative solutions.
