Barbados signs free movement agreement for three countries
Effective 1 October 2025, Barbados introduced a free movement agreement with Belize, Dominica and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Nationals of these countries may now reside and work in Barbados without a visa, CARICOM Single Market and Economy (CSME) skills certificate, or work permit.
