Ghana implements new visa-free policy for nationals of the Bahamas
Ghana recently implemented a visa-free policy for eligible nationals of the Bahamas. The new policy, implemented in April 2024, applies to holders of ordinary, diplomatic and service passports issued by the Bahamas. These individuals can now enter or transit through Ghana without a visa and stay in the country for the authorized period for business, tourism or other authorized purposes. They are not eligible to undertake work.
