Federico Lauria grew up on the outskirts of Buenos Aires and entered the music business at 18, developing local artists during Argentina’s most severe economic crisis. The experience shaped his resilience and long-term vision: Latin culture can travel anywhere, with music as its primary engine.
Over the next 18 years, Federico built Dale Play independently, creating a proprietary model centered on artist management and ecosystem control. He has guided artists from playing in Buenos Aires neighborhood squares to sold-out stadiums, including the Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid.
Dale Play operates as a comprehensive entertainment ecosystem. It develops and manages artists; produces, releases and publishes music; and designs live experiences at scale. The platform spans record label operations, touring and show production, exclusive stadium operations, venue and arena development, esports, and a dedicated content and streamer hub.
Today, Dale Play works across 18 countries with a team of more than 350 people. The company produces more than 400 shows annually across 87 cities. Through its record label, it releases over 1,000 songs per year, surpassing 30 billion global streams annually and solidifying Latin music as a world-class cultural force.
