Li Pui Leung’s path to becoming a manufacturing pioneer began when he arrived in Hong Kong in 1979 with little more than technical ambition and an exacting vision for his future. He mapped out a “Nine-Year Plan” to rise from apprentice to industry leader, but he reached that milestone in just five. In 1983, he founded TK Group, establishing the values and discipline that still shape the company today.

Under Pui Leng’s leadership and the principle that profit is a byproduct of healthy operation, TK Group has grown from a modest workshop into a titan specializing in high-precision injection molds and plastic components manufacturing. The company’s mastery of MT1-level precision, the industry’s highest standard, helps serve global giants across the medical, automotive and high-end consumer electronics sectors. From life-saving medical devices to next-generation augmented reality glasses, Pui Leng’s vision powers the intricate components that define modern technology for industry-leading brands.

A firm believer that companies must evolve or be left behind, Pui Leng began integrating Industry 4.0 and AI-driven processes as early as 2015. Today, he is leading a bold organizational transformation with global consultants to eliminate structural inertia and strengthen TK Group’s long-term competitiveness.

Awarded the HKSAR Medal of Honour by the Hong Kong SAR government in 2025, Pui Leng champions a shared success framework that aligns enterprise growth with employee prosperity, a resilient China–Vietnam supply chain and societal advancement.
