Francesco joined the company in 2005, bringing sharp strategic instincts shaped by earlier consulting roles. Francesco has overseen dramatic growth, including CAREL’s IPO in 2018.
Carlotta is helping preserve CAREL’s entrepreneurial spirit while championing governance and ESG leadership as a member of the board. Since joining the company in 2013, she has reinforced the company’s commitment to long-term value creation, combining tradition with forward-looking strategies that align with global sustainability goals.
