He is an expert in matters relating to taxation and its impact on business and economy. He has advised Indian and foreign multinationals on cross-border investments and transactions, cutting across sectors like private equity, financial services, technology, and entertainment.

Sudhir is the past President of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry and chairs its Tax Committee. He is a regular speaker at noted national and international events and contributes to thought leadership related to taxation and policy. His views and opinions are cited across leading media and industry publications.
He is an alumnus of St. Xavier’s High School and H.R. College of Commerce & Economics in Mumbai.
