In 2020, Marco was appointed Private Equity Consulting Leader for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa). He is currently focused on deploying the EY Value Creation Realized strategy across PE portfolio companies in the region.
For eight years prior, he held various leadership roles in EY Consulting and Strategy and Transactions, assisting private equity companies and strategic buyers with the acquisition and divestment of companies and assets across a wide range of business sectors (more than 300 transactions) and focusing on their post-merger integration issues.
Marco graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Università Cattolica of Milan. He holds an MBA from Bocconi University of Milan, a Master’s degree in M&A and a Master’s degree in Tax. He is a Certified Public Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and a Registered Auditor (Revisore Ufficiale dei Conti).
