The EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ Asia-Pacific program annually identifies a select group of high-potential founders who have built profitable companies and provides them with connections and resources needed to unlock their potential and sustainably scale their companies.

The program welcomes participants into a vibrant global peer community with evergreen access to thought leadership, networks and essential tools enabling business growth.

EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific eligibility criteria

Who should apply

The EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific Program is designed for entrepreneurs who lead established businesses and are preparing for their next stage of growth and international expansion.

Applicant requirements

Are the founder, co-founder or owner of a business.
Serve as the company's primary decision-maker, such as CEO or Managing Director.
Hold a significant ownership interest in the business.

Business requirements

Have been operating for at least five years.
Are headquartered in an eligible Asia-Pacific market.*
Demonstrate readiness to expand beyond their domestic market.

Participation commitment

Selected participants are expected to:

Attend the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Asia-Pacific Annual Conference in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 8–10 June 2027.
Participate in two virtual training sessions delivered throughout the year.

*Asia-Pacific markets: Australia, Brunei, Cambodia, Fiji, Greater China, Guam, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Malaysia, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam
The program is designed to empower entrepreneurial women with the following:

Provide access to international networks and markets to scale their businesses
Strengthen their executive leadership and business skills
Build their public profile and increase their visibility for themselves and their companies with corporates, investors, vendors, customers and the media
Expand knowledge with the latest information, research and executive dialogues about business strategies and practices
