With over 20 years in the payroll, human capital, and BPO sectors, he is a proven business leader with the ability to understand and solve complex organizational challenges, including HR and workforce transformation.

Through roles in Canada, the UK and France, Eric has extensive international experience and has led teams through all phases of commercial success. A collaborative, client-centric leader who enjoys applying an operational lens to growth and transformation, Eric is passionate about building great teams, finding new ways to go to market, and maximizing value for all stakeholders.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Economics from Western University in Canada.
