HFS recognized EY as a Horizon 3 Market Leader for its advisory-led, AI-enabled approach to GCC transformation.


EY has been recognized as a Horizon 3 provider and Market Leader in the HFS Horizons: Global Capability Centers (GCC) Services Report 2026. The recognition places EY among the industry's leading Global Capability Centers (GCCs) service providers and acknowledges the firm's ability to help organizations design, build, scale and transform Global Capability Centers through a combination of advisory, execution and innovation capabilities.

The HFS assessment evaluated 24 service providers on their Global Capability Centers (GCCs) offerings, examining their value proposition, execution capabilities, go-to-market strategy and market impact. Horizon 3 providers represent the highest level of maturity in the HFS framework, recognized for their ability to combine strategic advisory, execution excellence, ecosystem orchestration and innovation-led transformation.

According to the report, EY delivers end-to-end GCC lifecycle services that bring together consulting, tax, risk and technology capabilities. HFS highlighted the firm’s ability to support enterprises across the full Global Capability Center (GCC) journey, from strategy and design to scale, optimization and transformation, supported by integrated governance and transformation frameworks.

The report also recognized the firm’s investments in intelligent GCC frameworks leveraging AI, automation, proprietary platforms and workforce transformation initiatives.
