With over 20 years of experience in advising corporate and private equity clients in the transactions space, Ian is the EY Asia-Pacific International Tax and Transaction Services Leader.
He advises high-profile multinational companies on multi-jurisdictional acquisitions, corporate actions and cross-border financing transactions, and is seasoned in due diligence structuring support, thin capitalization, debt and equity classification.
A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, Ian earned a BA in Economics and an LLB from the University of Sydney.
