Hodlnaut Pte. Ltd. (In Liquidation) (the “Company”) (formerly under Interim Judicial Management)

The Company entered into Interim Judicial Management on 29 August 2022. Ms. Ee Meng Yen Angela and Mr. Aaron Loh Cheng Lee were appointed as the Interim Judicial Managers (“IJMs”) of the Company by the High Court of Singapore (“IJM Order”). You may find information and documents regarding the Interim Judicial Management of the Company in this website.

Subsequently, on 10 November 2023, the IJM Order and the IJMs of the Company were discharged by the High Court of Singapore, and Ms. Ee Meng Yen Angela and Mr. Aaron Loh Cheng Lee were appointed as the joint and several liquidators ("Liquidators") of the Company by the High Court of Singapore.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are now being managed by the Liquidators.

The Liquidators act only as agents for and on behalf of the Company and disclaim any and all personal liability and/or do not assume or bear any personal liability whatsoever in respect of any contracts entered into by the Company whether by this letter or by any action taken or omission on their part or otherwise.
