Prior to joining the global EY organization, he accumulated a wealth of experience working with various Fortune 500 global organizations and industry-leading professional services businesses across sectors, including high tech, consumer, financial services and health care. His extensive knowledge and experience in the front-office span numerous disciplines, including strategy, experience design, marketing, sales and service operations, across B2B and B2C sectors and markets.

Duncan holds a certificate in Executive Management from London Business School and a degree in Engineering & Management from Highbury College, UK.
