Areas of focus

Chris Myers is a Chicago-based principal in  Ernst & Young LLP’s Strategy and Transactions practice where he consults on complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. He advises clients in transactions throughout all phases of the deal lifecycle with special focus on consumer products and retail clients. Chris has significant experience leading large, global transactions and helping his clients to successfully drive their business strategy through inorganic means.

In addition to his EY role, Chris is an officer in the United States Navy Reserves and also serves as board chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. chapter. Chris holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and has a BS in Computer Engineering from Penn State University.
