Areas of focus

Henri is a Managing Director with EY-Parthenon in the Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy competency. He is focused on working capital services that help companies increase cash flow through operational process improvements.

He has led complex engagements focused on working capital management, supply chain management, systems blue printing, strategic planning and M&A integration.

Henri has over 25 years of experience in both industry and consulting across several continents with a broad spectrum of industries, including diversified industrial products, chemicals, life sciences, automotive, consumer products and private equity.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nijenrode, Netherlands and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.
