Petra is a Partner at EY Adviseurs B.V. in EY-Parthenon, based in Amsterdam, and she is the Supplier Transformation Lead and Co-Lead of the Automotive Hub in the Europe West region. Her experience is centered on guiding automotive suppliers through transformative strategies that encompass a broad spectrum of services, including strategy development, product portfolio optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and performance improvement initiatives.

Petra’s background is distinguished by the deep industry knowledge that she has gained from working for over two decades in the automotive industry. She has managed large-scale transformation projects, worldwide industrializations and corporate turnarounds. Her tenure in various executive roles, such as CFO, CRO, Head of M&A, and Head of Strategic Powertrain Production Planning has honed her ability to advise on complex financial and operational structures, risk management and strategic investment decisions.

Petra studied business law in Pforzheim, Germany and she also studied in Plymouth, UK.
