With over 20 years of experience designing, leading and executing turnarounds and rapid transformations for client organizations, Jon is an Ernst & Young – United Kingdom Strategy and Transactions Partner.

He is a seasoned professional, having served as CEO of a media company through its critical turnaround and taken numerous formal and informal board appointments.

Additionally, he serves clients and their stakeholders in an advisory capacity, focusing on helping galvanize teams to capture and preserve value at pace.

Jon graduated from the University of Kansas with a BA in Mathematics and received his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, where he studied Finance and Strategic Management. He is a CFA Charterholder and member of the UK Institute for Turnaround.
