As EY Americas Northeast Valuation, Modeling & Economics, Complex Securities Leader, Mike brings over 25 years of experience providing assistance to clients in identifying, understanding, quantifying and managing risk.

He has extensive experience helping clients with capital allocation, capital structure and valuation decisions.   

Prior to joining EY, Mike was a managing director and co-head of an investment bank’s Global Finance Analytics team, where he worked with clients in developing analytical tools relating to valuation, decision making and optimal capital structure.

He has advised clients across many industries, helped companies raise over US $200 billion in capital, and helped execute over US $100 billion in M&A transactions. 

Mike earned a BSE in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics from the University of Pennsylvania, and has completed select coursework from the Wharton School of Business.
