As Americas EY-Parthenon Leader, Sonal advises clients with strategic and operational matters across the entire M&A transaction life cycle. Over the last 20 years, he has assisted a wide range of corporate and PE clients with merger integrations, value creation, divestitures and joint venture execution.
Sonal has served global organizations across various sectors, and while his primary focus is the US market, he has also led projects in Europe, Latin America and Asia.
Sonal holds an MBA from the University of Texas (Austin) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
