Natasha serves as the health care industry lead for the US firm’s corporate finance solutions. She has deep experience with valuations, forecasting, financial modeling and fund flow analyses for collaborations among providers, payers, manufacturers and technology companies.
Natasha also assists life sciences companies with fair market value assessments in the US and globally as part of compliance program design and refreshes, FCPA risk management, US government price reporting and corporate integrity agreements.
Natasha holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Santa Clara University. She is a CFA charterholder through the CFA Institute, an ASA through the American Society of Appraisers and a CFE through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
