Jenelle is the EY Oceania Deputy CEO and People and Culture Leader, lifting the capability and accountability for a high performing, inclusive culture where everyone can belong, perform and thrive.

As a public speaker on gender diversity, she helps companies to realise the benefits of greater workforce inclusion. 

With over 20 years of experience in the areas of transformational change, management, and HR, Jenelle has previously led Markets and the Change and HR services for EY member firms across Asia-Pacific. She's passionate about changing company cultures and helping people think bigger about what they can achieve.

Jenelle holds a BA in Economics from the University of Sydney, with an Honors degree in Psychology. She is a Director on the Board of the Champions of Change Coalition, a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a member of Chief Executive Women.
