Davide is the Partner in charge of transaction diligence in Central America, Panama and Dominican Republic at Ernst & Young S.A.

He has 26 years of experience. He started as a financial auditor in Italy, the UK, Bahamas and the Cayman islands, later moving to financial transaction diligence and financial restructuring in Eastern Europe, Paris, Colombia and Latin America.

Davide served both on buy- and sell-side for private equity and corporate clients alike.

Davide holds an Executive MBA from IE Instituto de Empresa.
