With more than 25 years of banking and corporate finance experience, Shane is the Canadian Managing Partner for EY-Parthenon and a member of the Executive Committee. Shane leads a team of globally connected, high-performing professionals that provide sector-based strategic advice on corporate growth, capital structure design and capital sourcing, transaction execution, diligence, valuation and turnaround and restructuring strategy.
Shane is also a global client service partne and previously led the West market for EY-Parthenon in Canada.
Shane is a graduate of the Gerald Schwartz School of Business at St. Francis Xavier University. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
