Andrea is the EY-Parthenon Europe West Buy and Integrate Leader and EY-Parthenon Italy Transaction Diligence Leader. He has been a member of the EY-Parthenon Transaction Support group since 2004.
Andrea has worked on over 200 transactions in Italy, the UK, the US, Turkey and Brazil.
In buy-side and sell-side projects, Andrea assists corporate and private equity clients with the financial due diligence process, carve-out transactions, analyzing purchase price adjustment mechanisms and other contract issues.
Andrea spent two years in the Transaction Support office of San Francisco, California, mainly serving PE clients.
Andrea has been a Certified Public Accountant in Italy since 2007; holds a BS in Economics from La Sapienza University and has attended Management classes at the Babson College in Boston.
