Andy is EY Parthenon Energy Sector Leader. He helps our clients deliver successful mergers, acquisitions and partnerships and to raise capital to support their ongoing growth and transformation.

Over the course of his career, Andy has advised large and small firms as well as governments on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, deal structuring, bid negotiation and financing.

Andy finds the sector a source of continuous fascination, a vital industry experiencing monumental change, with technology playing a large and growing role. He is perhaps best known for his ability to cut through very complex issues, combining an intimate understanding of geopolitical forces with practical sector knowledge.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from Imperial College London.
