hea is a director on the Transaction Strategy Execution team. He helps clients by offering solutions to building a better working supply chain relating to transactions and value creation.

He has more than 15 years of supply chain operations experience in both consulting and industry. Prior to joining EY US, he worked in the consumer packaged goods industry in various positions from research and development to operations.

Shea received an MBA focused on Operations and Strategy from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in Food Science from University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
