Dr. Ludwig Voll has a special focus on consumer goods and retail, supporting national and international companies deliver strategy development to successful implementation.

He helps clients rethink and build their business models to improve their competitive strength in an increasingly online environment. He focuses on the customer journey, recognizing the power of data capture and insight utilization to drive experience and business decisions.

Ludwig leads new retail insight development across EMEIA.

Before joining EY, Ludwig was a partner at OC&C Strategy Consultants GmbH since 2011 (acquired by the EY organization in 2017).

He holds a degree in business administration from the WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management in Vallendar, Germany. He has completed semesters abroad at the Pennsylvania State University in the United States and the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium. Ludwig  also holds a doctorate in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University in Germany.
