Areas of focus

As a principal in the EY Strategy and Transactions practice, Dave helps clients make better corporate finance decisions. He has extensive experience in M&A, divestitures, strategic planning, portfolio strategy, financial reporting, tax planning, and valuation.

Dave also serves as the lead Strategy and Transactions partner for several large advanced manufacturing and mobility companies, and has nearly 20 years of experience helping clients with large buy-side and sell-side transactions.

Dave earned a BS in Industrial Engineering as well as Finance from Lehigh University. He is a CFA charter holder.
