Max is a partner within Strategy and Transactions, Germany and a member of the EMEIA Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy leadership team.

Max has over 20 years experience in banking and consulting, with the last 15 years being focused on personnel restructuring, SG&A optimization and HR strategy and organization.

He was previously a senior partner within Restructuring and Transformation line of an international management consultancy, plus an Executive Board member and Managing Director of a German restructuring boutique. Max has also had experience as a Department head within the Private Banking division of a larger German bank.

Max studied Economics at the University of Würzburg.
