      Your function

      Under the supervision of the Audit Partner and Senior Manager, the Team Leader will:

      • Lead and perform audit assignments locally and worldwide:
        • Maintain contact with the Audit Task Senior Manager

      Your Profile

      Roles & Responsibilities  

      • Liaising with payroll managers / clients you will ensure timely and accurate processing of our monthly payrolls as mutually agreed with stakeholders.
      • Maintain payroll information by collecting and uploading data. 
      • Prepare/extract payroll reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and non-taxable wages.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      • Assist in multi - country payroll, benefits administration & support payroll system set-up including data migration and transition.
      • Deliver payroll processing service, ensuring the operational aspects of payroll processing, associated activities, deliver within appropriate timeframes and comply with relevant country legislation.
      • Establish, maintain and develop strong and trusted client relationships that result in high client satisfaction and act as a primary day to day contact for assigned clients

    The opportunity

    Currently, we are looking for General Counsel Support to join our practice.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Delivers consistent and high-quality legal advice to the country practice including regulatory law, employment law, laws governing the accountancy profession, immigration law and general contractual law
    • Has responsibility for the EY country firms’ compliance with local laws and regulations including GDPR and Prevention of Money Laundering.  Provides high-quality, commercially in formed legal advice to the practice
    • Takes on the role as a trusted business advisor through his or her prudence and exercise of sound judgment
    • Engages and supervises the performance of external legal firms on internal legal matters  Deploys and supports best practices sharing within the General Counsel Office
    • Guardian of the EY Brand and Code of Conduct
    • Dual-reporting to the Country Managing Partner and General Counsel
    • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and within EY, winning work proactively and contributing to winning new clients
